TshirtFavorite provides branding and custom merchandise strategy services, including apparel campaign design, bulk ordering, and fan engagement program support for South African businesses and organizations. All services are delivered subject to these terms.
You agree to provide accurate information when placing orders or submitting design requests. You are responsible for ensuring that any logos, artwork, or trademarks you supply do not infringe on third-party rights. TshirtFavorite reserves the right to refuse service if submitted content violates applicable laws or these terms.
All original designs created by TshirtFavorite remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the final designs for the intended merchandise. TshirtFavorite retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
TshirtFavorite will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits or reputational harm. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material term and fails to remedy it within 14 days. Upon termination, you must pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination. TshirtFavorite may suspend services immediately if you violate these terms or applicable law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
